Congratulations to Deedra Baker for having being selected as a member of Index of Refraction. Index of Refraction is a communally governed online gallery and webstore for up and coming photographers. Entries are accepted quarterly and are voted on by current members. Deedra received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2011, from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. She is currently working toward a Master of Fine Arts in Visual Arts with a Photography Concentration and Intermedia Secondary Concentration at Texas Woman’s University.
